Book Thirteen

As we are soon to discuss book twelve, let's start thinking about our next book!

I am still very much intending for us to read 12 books this year, so if there is a book you are dying to read, a book you have already read that you want to discuss with others, a movie you don't want to see until you read the book, or anything else, bring your suggestions here.

We will vote for ONE book using the Blogger Poll feature, so look for that poll on the right beginning Thursday, and make sure you vote before the poll closes on Sunday at 4PM PST. The next book will be announced at the book twelve chat and later will be posted here.

Keep in mind that the chat for book thirteen will be sometime during the last week of February.

Or, perhaps something a little lighter, since February is a short month (even in a leap year)...

  2. I approve of all those suggestions, Amanda. Especially Mindy Kalling's book.

I would also like to suggest that at some point we conquer The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. http://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Tattoo-Millennium-Trilogy-ebook/dp/B0015DROBO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1327420944&sr=8-3

  3. Agreed. I would like to read that trilogy this year.

  4. I also think reading that trilogy would be fun (well, since they are so dark maybe fun is the wrong word). I am currently reading Mindy's book, so that would also be a good choice.

I have more suggestions, but I think these will do for 13 :)
